4. Third-Party Integrations

AtWorks lets you connect third-party services so that our agents and workflows can act on your behalf within those services. This section describes how those integrations work and the additional commitments that apply when you connect a Google account.

4.1 How Integrations Work

  • You explicitly authorize each integration, including the specific scopes of access granted, via the third party’s standard authorization flow (typically OAuth).
  • AtWorks only accesses the scopes you have granted, and only uses that access to power the features you have asked for.
  • You can disconnect any integration at any time, either from within AtWorks or directly from the third-party service’s account permissions.
  • Disconnecting an integration revokes AtWorks’s ongoing access. Data that has already been processed in order to deliver features you used is retained and deleted in accordance with Section 6 (Data Storage and Security).

4.2 Google API Services

When you connect a Google account, AtWorks may request access to Google services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and basic profile information, depending on the features you choose to use. AtWorks requests only the narrowest scopes required to deliver the features you have asked for.

AtWorks’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, AtWorks does not:

  1. Transfer or sell Google user data to third parties such as advertising platforms, data brokers, or any information resellers.
  2. Transfer, sell, or use Google user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
  3. Transfer, sell, or use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
  4. Transfer, sell, or use Google user data to create, train, or improve a machine learning or artificial intelligence model beyond that specific user’s personalized model for the appropriate use case or user-facing feature.

AtWorks does not allow humans to read your Google user data, except: (a) with your affirmative agreement to view specific messages, files, or other data; (b) when necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; (c) to comply with applicable law; or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You can review and revoke AtWorks’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
